The NSTF Malta Student Science Forum was established in 1994.
The main objective is:
“To provide students aged between sixteen and twenty two years with the opportunity to train in research, analysis and presentation, public speaking, debate, mutual respect, current science affairs, and to complement their formal science education through discussion on relevant scientific, environmental and technological topics through their scientific and ethical aspects.”
Participation:

Students aged 16 to 22 apply with NSTF during the month of October

Meet at five sessions between November and April of each year to discuss a different scientific topic at each session

Team up with other students to give a presentation on your topic of preference during one of the sessions

Put forward your views on your colleagues’ presentations
A guest speaker specialised in the field being discussed is invited to aid discussion and to give his/her views on the topic.The last session is held during the NSTF Science Week.

The NSTF Malta Student Science Forum is professionally supported and adjudicated by the Malta Chamber of Scientists.
